NOVELTY - Flexible battery has an anode layer provided with an anode active material, a conductive agent and a binder. A gel electrolyte layer and a cathode layer are provided with the cathode active materials, conductive agents and binder. A packaging layer is used for packaging the positive and cathode layer, the gel and cathodic layer and the cathode layer assembly of the electric core. The amount of the anode activated material is 20-80 wt.% and the conductivity agent is 18-78 wt., and the binder is 2-20 wt.%. The amount of conductivity agent in the cathode active material is 40-65 wt.%.. The battery further comprises an anode tab and/or a cathode tab comprising a conductive agent and a binder. USE - Used as flexible battery. ADVANTAGE - The battery: can reduce the thickness of the flexible battery; improves the energy density and bending performance of flexible battery; uses anode and cathode layer, which is integrally prepared by electrode active material and conductive paste (including conductive agent and adhesive); can replace the traditional metal current collector coating electrode material forming method; avoids the electrode material in flexible battery repeatedly bending process, electrode material particles falling from the current collector, to cause flexible battery capacity fast falling condition; can coat anode/cathode paste in the packaging material, which can avoid phenomenon that the pole piece is easy to slide in the traditional packaging process caused by the positive and negative pole pieces.
