NOVELTY - A coated rubber material comprises 1,2-dimethylimidazole, graphene oxide, N-hydroxysuccinimide, 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride, p-aminobenzenesulfonic acid, styrene, potassium sulfate, lanthanum chloride, ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, a carbon fiber, 20-25% aqueous ammonia, a natural rubber, aluminum stearate, poly(methyl methacrylate), dodecyl mercaptan, attapulgite, saturated octadecanamide, hexamethylcyclotrisiloxane, sulfur, tetramethyl thiuram disulfide as an accelerant, and an antioxidant 4010. USE - Coated rubber material is used for printing rubber roller. ADVANTAGE - The coated rubber material has excellent abrasion resistance, surface strength and service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A coated rubber material comprises 0.3-0.4 pt. wt. 1,2-dimethylimidazole, 10-14 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 6-7 pts. wt. N-hydroxysuccinimide, 10-12 pts. wt. 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride, 7-9 pts. wt. p-aminobenzenesulfonic acid, 30-40 pts. wt. styrene, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. potassium sulfate, 0.3-0.4 pt. wt. lanthanum chloride, 2-3 pts. wt. ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, 1.7-2 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 60-70 pts. wt. 20-25% aqueous ammonia, 100-130 pts. wt. natural rubber, 2-3 pts. wt. aluminum stearate, 2-3 pts. wt. poly(methyl methacrylate), 2-3 pts. wt. dodecyl mercaptan, 10-13 pts. wt. attapulgite, 0.8-3 pts. wt. saturated octadecanamide, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. hexamethylcyclotrisiloxane, 0.8-1 pt. wt. sulfur, 0.8-1 pt. wt. tetramethyl thiuram disulfide as accelerant, and 1-2 pts. wt. antioxidant 4010.
