▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing molybdenum sulfide and multi-walled carbon nanotube hybrid sensor-based silvery nanoflowers involves cleaning 3-5mm diameter glassy carbon electrode polished with aluminum oxide powder, by ultra-pure water. 6microliters of Graphene nanoparticles and 0.5-2mg/mL gold nanoparticles are added dropwise to the surface of polished glassy carbon electrode, and then dried at room temperature. The dried surface of polished glassy carbon electrode is then washed with ultrapure water electrode. USE - Method for preparing molybdenum sulfide and multi-walled carbon nanotube hybrid sensor-based silvery nanoflowers used in detecting squamous cell carcinoma tumor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The prepared olybdenum sulfide and multi-walled carbon nanotube hybrid sensor-based silvery nanoflowers has strong specificity and high sensitivity to squamous cell carcinoma tumors. The hybrid sensor shows specificity up to narrower concentration of squamous cell carcinoma tumors found in test samples. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing molybdenum sulfide and multi-walled carbon nanotube hybrid sensor-based silvery nanoflowers involves cleaning 3-5mm diameter glassy carbon electrode polished with aluminum oxide powder, by ultra-pure water. The gold and graphene nanoparticles-loaded glassy carbon electrode is then coated with 6microLiters of squamous cell carcinoma tumor markers capture antibody from 8-12micrgrams/mL concentration. The antibody captured glassy carbon electrode surface is then washed with ultrapure water, and then incubated in a refrigerator at 4 degrees C. 3microLiters Bovine serum albumin solution from 0.5-1.5mg/mL concentration is then added dropwise to the surface of the electrode for blocking non-specific active sites on it. The electrode is then washed with ultrapure water, and then incubated at 4oC in a refrigerator. 6microLiters from 0.001-20ng / mL of the different concentrations series of squamous cell carcinoma antigen solution is then added dropwise to the surface of the electrode. The electrode surface is then washed with ultrapure water, and then incubated in a refrigerator at 4oC. 6microLiters from 1-3mg/mL of Silver nano flower-coupled with molybdenum disulfide/multi-walled carbon nanotube hybrid is then applied to the surface of electrode, and then incubated in refrigerator at 4 degrees C.
