NOVELTY - Multi-size gradient filler modified solvent-free heavy-duty anticorrosive coating comprises 40-50 wt.% film-forming substance, 20-30 wt.% curing agent, 8-30 wt.% gradient-type filler and an auxiliary agent (remaining amount). The film-forming substance is a modified bisphenol A epoxy resin. The curing agent is cardanolamine. The filler is modified graphene, fluorophlogopite, and glass flakes. The auxiliary agent comprises active diluents, wetting and dispersing agents, and anti-sagging additives. The reactive diluent is a derivative of glycidyl isopropyl ether or a monofunctional group of glycidyl isopropyl ether. The graphene has a diameter of 30-40 mu m. The structure of the fluorophlogopite mica is KMg3 (AlSi3O10) F2, and its diameter is 45-70 mu m. The glass flakes have a diameter of 75-150 mu m. USE - Used as multi-size gradient filler modified solvent-free heavy-duty anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: has excellent corrosion resistance and oil resistance; and overcomes the problem of insufficient corrosion resistance of existing anticorrosive coatings in marine environments. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the multi-size gradient filler modified solvent-free heavy-duty anticorrosive coating, comprising (i) mixing ethanol and water in a volume ratio of 3:1, then mixing the mixture with graphene oxide, stirring and ultrasonically dispersing the mixture to obtain a uniform graphene oxide suspension, and then re-directing it according to the stoichiometric ratio, adding gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane modified graphene oxide, stirring in an oil bath at 70 degrees C, condensing and refluxing for 6-8 hours to make the reaction complete, performing vacuum filtration, using ethanol/water, washing mixed solution and critically freezing and drying to obtain amino-modified graphene, (ii) weighing the film-forming material, fillers and additives, and (iii) adding fillers and additives to the film-forming material, stirring at a high speed with a mixer for at least 1 minute, placing in a sand mill to grind until the discharge viscosity is 15000-19000 MPa.s.
