▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene compound is manufactured by inserting sulfuric acid between layers of graphite; washing the graphite with aqueous solution containing sulfate or organic solvent after inserting; and oxidizing the graphite after washing. USE - Manufacture of graphene compound for storage battery used for semiconductor devices e.g., electro-optical device, semiconductor circuit, and electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The method manufactures graphene compound having excellent electrical characteristics of high conductivity and excellent physical properties of high flexibility and high mechanical strength. Manufacturing costs can be reduced. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) manufacturing a graphene compound which involves inserting sulfuric acid between layers of graphite; washing the graphite with aqueous solution containing sulfate or organic solvent after inserting; and forming an expanded graphite from graphite after washing, forming a peeled graphite layer from the expanded graphite, and oxidizing the peeled graphite layer; and (2) manufacturing a graphene compound which involves inserting sulfuric acid between layers of graphite; washing the graphite with an aqueous solution containing sulfate or an organic solvent after inserting; and forming an expanded graphite from the graphite after washing, oxidizing the expanded graphite, and forming a peeled graphite layer.
