▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The sensor has a pattern (110) arranged on a substrate (100). A protruding region (110a) and a concave region (110b) are formed in the substrate. Another substrate is arranged on the former substrate and faced to the pattern. A graphene film is arranged between the pattern and another pattern. The latter pattern is formed with another protruding region and another concave region. An upper plate is arranged with a sensing pattern that is arranged on a side of the latter substrate. Multiple lines are formed in the sensing pattern and separated with fixed width from each other. USE - Graphene touch sensor for an electronic device and a medical device for sensing different tactility of an object. Uses include but are not limited to hardness, roughness, pressure, viscoelasticity, temperature and shape. ADVANTAGE - The sensor prevents deformation of the graphene film when an object is touched so as to improve sensitivity of the sensor. The sensor controls electrical contact between the patterns according to touch of the object, so that high reliability and distress sensitivity of the sensor can be improved.
