▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves preparing a graphite oxide by performing oxidation, washing and drying on graphite powder. The graphite powder is added with concentrated sulfuric acid. The graphite oxide is dispersed in water and added with sodium borohydride (NaBH4) or ascorbic acid. The dispersed water is heated to obtain a graphene dispersion liquid. A mirror surface of a glassy carbon electrode is polished, cleaned and dried. A polished glassy carbon electrode is dipped in the graphene dispersion liquid to obtain a graphene modified glassy carbon electrode. USE - Graphene modified glassy carbon electrode preparing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables utilizing circulation voltammetry to determine graphene modified glassy carbon electrode yellow ginger saponin content, and improving selectivity rate, sensitivity, result stability and detecting convenience.
