▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing surface iron oxide graphene co-loaded zero-valent iron particle material comprises (S1) mixing the reduced zero-valent iron powder with acid solution and then performing ultrasonic treatment, performing solid-liquid separation after treatment, washing the solid product and drying to obtain zero-valent iron with a clean surface, and storing in a vacuum or in an inert gas environment, (S2) preparing graphene oxide, and (S3) adding the graphene oxide obtained in step (S2) and the zero-valent iron obtained in step (S1) into oxygen-free deionized water, mixing and reacting under anaerobic conditions, then carrying out solid-liquid separation, washing the solid product, vacuum-drying, slowly feeding air into the container to atmospheric pressure, obtaining surface iron oxide graphene co-loaded zero-valent iron particle material, the order of steps (S1) and (S2) can be interchanged. USE - The material is used in removing nitrate. ADVANTAGE - The method firmly combines graphene and iron oxide on the surface of zero-valent iron through covalent interaction, which greatly improves the electrochemical activity and stability of the material surface, can specifically induce the formation of iron oxide with high conductivity and magnetism on the surface of the material, which improves the activity of the material and prolongs the service life of the material, the material is safe and non-toxic, and is suitable for efficient and stable treatment of water bodies polluted by nitrates. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for surface iron oxide graphene co-loaded zero-valent iron particle material prepared by the above preparation method.
