NOVELTY - Anti-settling modified filling masterbatch comprises 15-20 pts. wt. carrier material, 30-40 pts. wt. wollastonite powder, 50-70 pts. wt. organic solvent and 20-30 pts. wt. organic resin. The raw materials of the carrier material organic resin layered materials and compatibilizers. USE - The filler masterbatch is useful in organic polymer production, rubber, plastic and paint. ADVANTAGE - The filler masterbatch has excellent anti-settling property, and improves the quality of the product. The compatibilizer is more uniformly loaded on the layered material, so as to improve the dispersibility of the fill masterbatch. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing the filler masterbatch, comprising uniformly mixing layered material and compatibilizer, reacting at 100-120℃, cooling and grinding to obtain carrier material, adding wollastonite powder into the organic solvent, uniformly stirring, adding the carrier material, stirring to obtain suspension, adding organic resin to the suspension, reacting at 70-80℃, and cooling to obtain filler masterbatch.
