NOVELTY - Aerogel composite material comprises three-dimensional network structure skeleton formed by cross-linking silica sol, silver nanoparticles and graphene nanosheet dispersed in the framework. The graphene nanosheet is covalently connected to the skeleton. The graphene nanosheet is connected by skeleton. The silver nanoparticles are distributed on the framework and graphene nanosheet. USE - Used as aerogel composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent light-to-heat conversion performance and mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the material, comprising (i) dissolving silicon source in mixed solution of water and ethanol at a volume ratio of 1:3-5:7-9, adding acid catalyst for adjusting pH of the solution to 2-4 to hydrolyze to obtain silicon source hydrolyzate, adding alkali catalyst for adjusting pH to 6-8 to polycondensation to obtain silicon dioxide sol; (ii) mixing silicon dioxide sol and graphene oxide aqueous dispersion, and ultrasonically processing for 30-60 minutes to obtain composite wet gel; (iii) freezing and molding composite wet gel, drying to remove moisture to obtain aerogel composite material of graphene and silicon dioxide; and (iv) soaking aerogel composite material of graphene and silicon dioxide in silver ion solution, adding reducing agent to reduce silver ion, freezing and drying to remove moisture.
