▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of transition metal carbide nanoarrays from transient high-temperature thermal shock carbon template involves depositing vertical graphene nanosheets on the substrate surface to obtain vertical graphene nanosheets with array structure, subjecting to hydrophilic treatment to obtain hydrophilic vertical graphene nanosheets, depositing nano-transition metal oxide film on surface of the hydrophilic vertical graphene nanosheet using transition metal source and oxygen source as precursors, and processing the nano-transition metal oxide film on surface of the hydrophilic vertical graphene nanosheet by transient high-temperature thermal shock method at current of 0-20 A and voltage of 40-80 V for 20-100 ms to obtain metal carbides with array structure. USE - Preparation of transition metal carbide nanoarrays from transient high-temperature thermal shock carbon template used in optics, electronics and magnetic application. ADVANTAGE - The method is short and enables to prepare transition metal carbide nanoarray material with unique layer, high specific surface area, controllable shape and single component which can expose large number of active sites.
