NOVELTY - A graphene thin film on surface of medical nickel-titanium alloy by in-situ growth method and its preparation method are claimed. The graphene thin film on surface of medical nickel-titanium alloy is a graphene layer. USE - Graphene thin film on surface of medical nickel-titanium alloy is useful as protective layer on surface of implantable device. ADVANTAGE - The graphene thin film has high permeation resistance and chemical inertness and low friction coefficient, blocks the release of nickel ions, improves biocompatibility of medical nickel-titanium alloy, and reduces biological friction and abrasion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene thin film on surface of medical nickel-titanium alloy by in-situ growth method.
