NOVELTY - Microwave heat-controlled ultra-thin pavement special adhesive oil comprises 50-100 pts. wt. emulsified modified asphalt and 10-50 pts. wt. functional components containing microwave absorbing materials. The emulsified modified asphalt includes 30-60 pts. wt. base asphalt, 5-10 pts. wt. high modulus agent, 1-5 pts. wt. tackifier, 1-5 pts. wt. linear low density polyethylene powder and 0.1-0.5 part of cationic asphalt emulsifier. The functional component includes 30-60 pts. wt. microwave absorbing materials obtained by coating modified absorbing particles with polymer and 5-15 pts. wt. composite synergistic agent. USE - The special adhesive layer oil is useful for ultra-thin road surface controlled by microwave and construction method, where the road surface is asphalt road surface. ADVANTAGE - The adhesive layer oil: is compounded between the emulsified modified modified asphalt and the material function microwave absorbing material; ensures the extremely thin road and the original road to form a more compact integrated structure; improves the stress mode under the action of complex traffic load; avoids the subsequent diseases; and can effectively make up the problem of too fast cooling in the thin layer construction process.
