NOVELTY - A casting liquid is prepared by adding calcined graphene oxide-silica nanoparticle dispersion solution to polymeric organic solvent, stirring mixture, adding solution formed by mixing acetone and macromolecular organic solvent, mixing, adding polymer additive, stirring mixture, adding polymer and oscillating mixture. The casting liquid is defoamed, provided on glass plate with support layer, evaporated, placed in coagulation bath, soaked and dried, to obtain alcohol-based graphene oxide-silica particles-modified flat composite positive permeable membrane. USE - Preparation of alcohol-based graphene oxide-silica particles-modified flat composite positive permeable membrane used for biological environment, medicine, food and military application. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of alcohol-based graphene oxide-silica particles-modified flat composite positive permeable membrane with high water flux rate and salt retention characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene oxide-silica particles nanoparticles are prepared by preparing mixed solution of 60-95 wt.% absolute ethanol and pure water, adding 2-50 mg graphene oxide powder to 1 L mixed solution, adjusting pH value to 8-9 to obtain alkaline solution, dripping 0.5-5 mg ethyl orthosilicate to 1 L alkaline solution, ultrasonically processing mixture, storing mixture at room temperature, centrifuging mixture, washing filter cake with ethanol, vacuum freeze-drying nanoparticles and storing nanoparticles. The alcoholization of graphene oxide-silica particles nanoparticles is carried out by blending graphene oxide-silica particles nanoparticles and polyethylene glycol in mass ratio of 1:25-50 and ultrasonically dispersing mixture for 0.5-2 hours. A casting liquid is prepared by adding 0.1-1 wt.% calcined graphene oxide-silica nanoparticle dispersion solution to 70-89 wt.% polymeric organic solvent, ultrasonically stirring mixture for 0.5-2 hours, adding solution formed by mixing 1-4 wt.% acetone and macromolecular organic solvent in mass ratio of 5-17:1, low-speed mixing, adding 5-10 wt.% polymer additive, stirring mixture, adding 5-15 wt.% polymer and oscillating mixture at 40-90 degrees C for 10-20 hours. The casting liquid is defoamed for 10-15 hours, provided on glass plate with support layer, scraped with a scraping machine and evaporated with air for 5-100 seconds. The glass plate coated with casting liquid is placed in coagulation bath, soaked for more than 6 hours, processed in coagulation bath at 10-60 degrees C and naturally dried, to obtain alcohol-based graphene oxide-silica particles-modified flat composite positive permeable membrane.
