▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene coating, obtained by using single-layer or oligo-layer graphene as a raw material, performing sulfonation modification on the graphene raw material to obtain sulfonated graphene, and dispersing the sulfonated graphene in water to obtain the graphene coating, where the sulfonation modification comprises (a) dispersing the graphene raw materials in water to obtain a graphene dispersion, (b) mixing amino benzenesulfonic acid and sodium nitrite under acidic environment and ice bath conditions to obtain a diazonium salt solution, (c) adding the diazonium salt solution to the graphene dispersion, and stirring in an ice bath environment and a mechanical peeling environment to obtain a sulfonated graphene dispersion, (d) centrifugal cleaning the sulfonated graphene dispersion to remove excess reactants to obtain sulfonated graphene, is claimed. USE - Used as a graphene coating. ADVANTAGE - The method: has low defect, high quality single layer, and adopts oligomer layer graphene as raw material; does not reduce the conductivity of graphene and improves the water dispersibility of graphene, film-forming property and adhesive force. The graphene coating: has high conductivity and high corrosion resistance on the metal-based bipolar plate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene conductive anti-corrosion coating using the graphene coating comprising preparing spray centrifugal film, spraying the sulfonated graphene dispersion after atomizing on the surface of the metal-based bipolar plate attached to the inner wall of the roller, using centrifugal force and shearing force generated by the rotating roller to orient the graphene sheet, drying the graphene wet film under the heating action of the lamp tube in the roller, so as to obtain graphene conductive corrosion resistant coating on the surface of the bipolar plate.
