NOVELTY - The preparation of oxidized graphene film involves placing filter in aqueous solution in which metal hydroxide nanomaterial is uniformly dispersed, adsorbing nanomaterial on filter to form sacrificial layer, using filter as substrate, placing substrate in aqueous solution in which oxidized graphene is dispersed, adsorbing graphene oxide on substrate to form composite structure in which sacrificial layer and oxidized graphene film are deposited, immersing composite structure in acid or alkaline solution to remove sacrificial layer, and separating oxidized graphene film. USE - Preparation of oxidized graphene film for manufacture of flexible non-contact capacitive sensor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of oxidized graphene film in controllable manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation of oxidized graphene film involves preparing a filter, preparing an aqueous solution in which metal hydroxide nanomaterials are uniformly dispersed, preparing an aqueous solution in which oxidized graphene is uniformly dispersed, placing filter in aqueous solution in which metal hydroxide nanomaterial is uniformly dispersed, adsorbing metal hydroxide nanomaterial on the filter to form a sacrificial layer on the filter, using filter as substrate, placing substrate in aqueous solution in which oxidized graphene is uniformly dispersed, adsorbing graphene oxide on the substrate to form composite structure in which sacrificial layer and oxidized graphene film are deposited in thickness direction, immersing composite structure in acid or alkaline solution to remove the sacrificial layer, and separating the oxidized graphene film from the filter to obtain oxidized graphene film having predetermined thickness. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of flexible non-contact capacitive sensor using oxidized graphene film, which involves preparing flexible electrode having predetermined pattern and structure, placing oxidized graphene film on the flexible electrode, and providing electrode lead.
