NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-reinforced master batch using electric field dispersion comprises (i) grinding graphene and metal powder, dispersing, adding ceramic material into airflow grinding chamber, contacting graphene and metal powder, melting and loading the graphene; (ii) cooling metal powder;(iii) mixing nano-sized fine metal powder loaded with graphene with dispersant, powder resin, stirring and extruding; and (iv) feeding continuously dispersed material into the second-stage screw extruder, extruding granules and pressing. USE - The graphene-reinforced master batch using electric field dispersion is useful for automotive plastics, high-speed rail and other engineering plastics, enhancing anti-static function, heat and anti-aging function in rubber tire. ADVANTAGE - The master batch enhances winding properties of the polymer and heating effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene-reinforced master batch using electric field dispersion comprises (i) grinding 40-60 pts. wt. graphene and 10-15 pts. wt. metal powder, dispersing in air jet mill, adding ceramic material into airflow grinding chamber is a ceramic material, during the air mill grinding process, contacting graphene and metal powder in fully suspended state by laser scanning, melting the surface of metal powder comprising suspended graphene and loading the graphene; (ii) cooling metal powder loaded with graphene at high pressure to form nano-sized fine metal powder;(iii) mixing nano-sized fine metal powder loaded with graphene with 1-3 pts. wt. dispersant, 30-40 pts. wt. powder resin, stirring at high speed of 100-120 degrees C for 45minutes, and extruding into two-stage screw, passing first-order screw extruder from the feed port into the barrel to set exchange high-frequency pulse electric field, nano-loaded with graphene fine metal powder in the powder resin in the first-order screw extruder under the action of the formation of melting, through auxiliary alternating high-frequency pulse electric field and dispersing nano-loaded graphene fine metal powder in alternating high-frequency pulse electric field; and (iv) feeding continuously dispersed material into the second-stage screw extruder, extruding granules and pressing.
