▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing electronic packaging material involves mixing 2 wt.% of graphene oxide, 50 wt.% of silicon carbide particles and aluminum powder which comprises 70 wt.% of aluminum-silicon-boron composite and 10 wt.% of aluminum-beryllium. The mixed powder is then sintered to obtain desired packaging material. USE - Method for preparing electronic packaging material which is used for portable military electronic devices and can also be used for military power hybrid circuits and microwave tube carrier (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare packaging material of light weight which improves its overall performance and makes it portable.
