NOVELTY - Preparation of medical nano alloy composite material involves mixing 40-50 pts. wt. titanium powder, 22-25 pts. wt. random copolymer polypropylene, 40-50 pts. wt. polybutylene terephthalate, 8-10 pts. wt. molybdenum dithiocarbamate, 20-30 pts. wt. silicon oxide, 60-65 pts. wt. acrylonitrile butadiene styrene, 3-6 pts. wt. silicon carbide, 2-4 pts. wt. trisodium phosphate, 3-6 pts. wt. epichlorohydrin, 8-23 pts. wt. polytetrahydrofuran, 3-8 pts. wt. graphene, 3-6 pts. wt. potassium oxide, 8-20 pts. wt. nano silver having particle size of less than 30 nm, and 11-15 pts. wt. paraffin wax to obtain mixture, adding mixture to the press equipment for performing press molding at 400-600 MPa for 10-30 minutes, sintering in a sintering furnace, preheating to 250-300 degrees C for 1-3 hours, sintering at 1100-1400 degrees C for 10-30 minutes, heat-preserving to 50-350 degrees C for 10-20 minutes, quenching, tempering at 150-180 degrees C for 1 hour. USE - Preparation of medical nano alloy composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple, safe, economical and environmentally-friendly preparation of medical nano alloy composite material having high wear resistance, superior oxidation resistance and excellent antibacterial property. The preparation method is suitable for industrial production.
