NOVELTY - Composite material comprises 60-80 pts. wt. polyolefin matrix, 10-15 pts. wt. functionalized graphene, 10-20 pts. wt. polyolefin elastomer, 3-6 pts. wt. glass fiber, 1-3 pts. wt. coupling agent and 0.5-1 pt. wt. antioxidant. USE - The composite material is used for packaging bag. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has improved flexural strength, notched impact strength, tensile strength, fracture strength and mechanical property, and is prepared by simple and easy method and economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the composite material, which involves (i) pre-mixing polyolefin matrix and functionalized graphene at high speed to obtain pre-mixed materials, (ii) blending the premixed material obtained in step (i) with polyolefin elastomer, glass fiber, coupling agent and antioxidant to obtain a mixture, (iii) placing the mixture obtained in step (ii) in a microwave heating reactor, carrying out microwave heating at a power of 50-8000 W, frequency of 500-270000 MHz and at 160-280 degrees C for 3-600 seconds to obtain precast material, and (iv) adding the precast material to a film blowing machine, heating and blowing out, cooling, and pressing.
