NOVELTY - Rubber composition comprises base rubber, graphene modified epoxidized rubber, white carbon black, silane coupling agent, activating agent, vulcanizing agent, and vulcanization accelerator, where the base rubber comprises butyl benzene rubber and modified graphene from epoxidized isoprene rubber and/or graphene modified epoxidized butadiene. USE - Used as rubber composition. ADVANTAGE - The composition solves the tread formulation design of static accumulation problem, without introducing conductive cord and electrically conductive rubber strip. The vulcanized rubber has wet skid resistance and low rolling resistance, also has excellent antistatic performance. The method has simple manufacturing technique. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMs are also included for: (1) preparing vulcanized rubber of the rubber composition comprising placing the base rubber glue, white carbon black, silane coupling agent, activating agent and optionally hydrocarbon oil and antioxidant first mixed to obtain master batch, then second mixing the batch and the vulcanizing agent, vulcanizing accelerator to obtain the mixture, at last, obtaining rubber to be vulcanized; and (2) vulcanized rubber.
