▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing nut with composite coating on its surface comprises (i) taking modified fluorinated graphene, titanium boride-silicon dioxide, and xylene, and ultrasonically dispersing for 15-20 minutes to obtain a mixed solution; (ii) taking epoxy resin and xylene, stirring uniformly, adding mixed solution, stirring for 2-3 hours, adding isocyanate curing agent, mixing uniformly, and allowing to stand for 20-30 minutes to obtain an anti-corrosion and wear-resistant coating; (ii) taking copper, aluminum, chromium, iron, manganese, nickel, silicon and zinc, melting at 750-900°C, cooling to 200-250°C, heat preserving for 2-4 hours to obtain an alloy solution, feeding argon to carry out degassing, obtaining the alloy melt, pouring the degassed alloy melt into the mold, cooling and heat treating to obtain the nut; and (iii) coating the anti-corrosion and wear-resistant paint on the surface of the nut and drying to obtain a nut with a composite coating on the surface. USE - The method is useful for preparing nut with composite coating on its surface. ADVANTAGE - The nut has wear resistance, good wear resistance, corrosion resistance and long service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for nut with composite coating prepared by the above method.
