NOVELTY - A modified attapulgite filler comprises 2-3 pts. wt. magnesium oxide, 2-3 pts. wt. monoglyceride, 0.7-1.3 pts. wt. cationic fluorocarbon surfactant, 2-3 pts. wt. active zinc oxide, 1.2-1.5 pts. wt. sodium percarbonate, 3-5 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. p-amino diphenylamine, 1-2 pts. wt. gamma -glycidyl ether oxypropyl trimethoxysilane, water, 5-10 pts. wt. additive, and 30-40 pts. wt. 80% hydrochloric acid solution. USE - Modified attapulgite filler used for coatings, rubber and textile printing. ADVANTAGE - The filler provides high gloss, scratch-resistance and bright color characteristics to coatings, rubber and textile printing, and it has uniform dispersion, good antioxidant, antiaging and antifouling properties, and low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A modified attapulgite filler comprises 2-3 pts. wt. magnesium oxide, 2-3 pts. wt. monoglyceride, 0.7-1.3 pts. wt. cationic fluorocarbon surfactant, 2-3 pts. wt. active zinc oxide, 1.2-1.5 pts. wt. sodium percarbonate, 3-5 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. p-amino diphenylamine, 1-2 pts. wt. gamma -glycidyl ether oxypropyl trimethoxysilane, water, 5-10 pts. wt. additive, and 30-40 pts. wt. 80% hydrochloric acid solution. The additive comprises 4-5 pts. wt. nanocalcium carbonate, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. agilawood essential oil, 0.2-0.3 pts. wt. amino resin, 0.4-0.5 pts. wt. hydroxyl acrylic resin, 0.3-0.4 pts. wt. terminal carboxyl polyester resin, 3-4 pts. wt. aluminum chloride, 1-2 pts. wt. nanozeolite powder, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. silicone oil, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. molybdenum disulfide, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. strontium carbonate, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. boron nitride, 1-2 pts. wt. precipitated calcium carbonate, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. cellulose acetate, and 2-3 pts. wt. bamboo fiber. The additive is prepared by abrasively mixing nanocalcium carbonate, precipitated calcium carbonate, nanozeolite powder, molybdenum disulfide, strontium carbonate, boron nitride, cellulose acetate and bamboo fiber, adding remaining ingredients, milling for 20-30 minutes, heating to 60-70 degrees C, and grinding for 30-40 minutes. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of filler comprising calcining attapulgite clay to 300-400 degrees C for 3-4 hours, taking out, crushing, sieving through 20 mesh sieve, adding 340-360 pts. wt. water, stirring at 100-200 revolutions/minute for 10-12 hours to obtain attapulgite suspension, adding hydrochloric acid solution, heating to 50-60 degrees C while stirring for 1-2 hours, adding sodium percarbonate, stirring for 1-2 hours, filtering, adjusting pH to 6-8 with water, refiltering, and drying to obtain activated attapulgite powder; and adding remaining materials with water to obtain slurry mixture, hot-air blowing activated attapulgite powder to 50-60 degrees C while turning, spraying with slurry mixture, mixing, maintaining temperature to 50-60 degrees C, continuously turning for 30-40 minutes, drying, and grinding into 5-80 mu m powder.
