▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Electrode has positive electrode and negative electrode. The positive electrode comprises a metal substrate and a titanium suboxide-ruthenium dioxide composite coating formed on the surface of the metal substrate. The negative electrode comprises a metal matrix and a polyaniline/bismuth vanadate/graphene composite coating formed on the surface of the metal matrix. The raw materials for forming the polyaniline/bismuth vanadate/graphene composite coating comprises a polyaniline/bismuth vanadate composite material, graphene, an adhesive, a diluent and a curing agent. USE - Electrode for hydrogen production by wastewater electrolysis (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electrode meets the requirement of long-time service in a severe corrosion environment, has good cathode and anode synergistic catalytic activity, efficiently degrade organic matters contained in wastewater, reduces wastewater discharge and produce hydrogen efficiently, and also has wide application prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing electrode, which involves: uniformly mixing titanium oxide powder and ruthenium dioxide powder, then forming titanium oxide-ruthenium dioxide composite coating on the surface of the metal substrate by cold spraying process to obtain the positive electrode. The polyaniline bismuth vanadate composite graphene adhesive and diluting agent are uniformly mixed to obtain mixed material, then added curing agent into the mixed material and mixed uniformly to obtain the composite coating, and then coated the composite coating on the surface of the metal substrate, dried and formed polyaniline bismuth vanadate graphene composite coating on the surface of the metal substrate to obtain the negative electrode, preferably dried at 40-60℃ for 6-10 hours.
