NOVELTY - A graphene composite rigid polyvinyl chloride pipe comprises 80-120 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride resin, 4-12 pts. wt. light calcium carbonate, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. graphene, 0.2-0.6 pt. wt. polyethylene wax, 2-4 pts. wt. stabilizer and 1-3 pts. wt. acrylate copolymer (ACR) processing aid. USE - Graphene composite rigid polyvinyl chloride pipe is used in water supply pipe system. ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite rigid polyvinyl chloride pipe has excellent hydrostatic performance, impact resistance and tensile property, and ensures safety of water supply pipe system and saves material resource. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the graphene composite rigid polyvinyl chloride pipe, which involves (S1) mixing polyvinyl chloride resin, light calcium carbonate, graphene, polyethylene wax, stabilizer and acrylate copolymer processing aid, and uniformly stirring to obtain premix, and (S2) feeding premix into an extruder for extrusion molding.
