NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide gas gel heat preservation non-burning plate comprises (i) adding graphene oxide gel powder and graphene powder into a dispersing kettle, using purified water as a medium, fully dispersing for 30 minutes under the condition of 40?? C and 10000rx min to obtain a dispersion, (ii) putting the dispersion liquid into a centrifugal spray dryer, heating and drying at 170-200?? C, (iii) adding pentane, polystyrene, cement, reinforcing fiber in the graphene powder of the graphene gas gel powder, water glass to obtain the foaming agent, fully mixing for 60 minutes at a rotating speed of 1000 revolutions/minutes, (iv) continuously blowing mixed powder with a mass ratio of 3-5% by inert gas, (v) placing the pre-foaming slurry obtained by mixing into a prefoaming barrel, introducing steam for heating, fully foaming, adjusting the supply amount of steam and temperature. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene gas gel heat preservation non-burning plate, where the graphene aerogel heat preservation plate is useful in electronic devices. ADVANTAGE - The method has good heat preservation effect, good fireproof performance, and improves the safety of the insulating plate.
