▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparation of boron-doped graphene aerogel, involves step (1), mixing natural graphite powder and concentrated sulfuric acid, adding sodium nitrate after stirring to form a mixed solution (A), after cooling the mixed solution (A) to 0 degrees C, adding potassium permanganate, and heating water bath to obtain slurry (B), step (2), adding deionized water and hydrogen peroxide to slurry (B), after changing slurry (B) from brown to light yellow mixed solution (C), washing mixed solution (C) with dilute hydrochloric acid, centrifuging the washed mixed solution (C), and ultrasonically dispersing the centrifuged solution in water to obtain a graphene oxide dispersion and step (3), mixing graphene oxide dispersion and boric acid and then subjecting to a hydrothermal reaction, and drying the hydrothermal reaction product after drying in vacuum. USE - Preparation of boron-doped graphene aerogel used in electrode of capacitors (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The simple one-step hydrothermal synthesis enables preparation of a stable and high-performance boron-doped graphene aerogel. The product has a special three-dimensional porous structure, and the interconnected mesopores on the surface of the boron-doped graphene aerogel inhibits the agglomeration of graphene sheets, thereby improving the surface area of macroscopic graphene materials. The three-dimensional porous structure improves ion transport efficiency, thereby improving the performance of boron-doped graphene aerogel as a supercapacitor electrode. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a boron-doped graphene aerogel, which is entangled from sheet-like graphene to form a three-dimensional structure of graphene, and holes are formed between the sheet-like graphenes, and the holes are doped with atom (B).
