▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves (i) pre-processing the base material to-be welded and assembling into sandwich structure according to the base material/brazing filler metal/carbon material middle layer/brazing filler metal material/base material structure to obtain the to-be-welded piece; and (ii) connecting the two ends of the carbon material middle layer with the direct current power supply of anode, placing the to-be-welded piece into the vacuum environment or protective atmosphere, passing the direct current into the carbon material layer under the condition of the constant current source current of 1-500 A, where the temperature of the carbon material layer reaches 600-2500℃, heating the carbon material middle layer at temperature of 600-2500℃ for 0.01-300 seconds, finally closing the power supply to cool the welding piece along with the furnace, and finishing the fast resistance brazing method using carbon material middle layer as heat source. USE - The method is useful for fast resistance brazing carbon material middle layer as heat source. ADVANTAGE - The method solves the problem that the welding efficiency of the traditional brazing is low, has high cost, and the problem of large damage to the temperature sensitive parent metal.
