▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An nanocomposite electrochemical sensor comprises an electrode loaded with carboxylated graphene with gold and silver material. USE - Nanocomposite electrochemical sensor used in detection of glucose-containing solution (claimed) for monitoring glucose in human serum samples. ADVANTAGE - The nanocomposite electrochemical sensor has excellent stability, repeatability and sensitivity, and provides nanocomposite material having excellent electrocatalytic ability for glucose, so as to construct the glucose electrochemical luminescent (ECL) sensor. When the glucose concentration is 0.005-1500 mu M, the ECL intensity and glucose concentration having good linear response and the detection limit is 0.02 mu M. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of nanocomposite electrochemical sensor; and (2) application of the nanocomposite electrochemical sensor in the detection of a solution containing glucose.
