NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene dispersion involves subjecting carboxylated graphene having carboxyl groups at the edge to amino modification, so that the amino group replaces portion of carboxyl groups on the edge of the graphene to obtain aminated graphene, dissolving in water, mixing with a graphene oxide solution, and adjusting the pH. USE - Preparation of graphene dispersion used in electronic and medical applications. ADVANTAGE - The method economically provides graphene dispersion having excellent stability, controls the dispersion uniformity of graphene dispersion, and adjusts the concentration of the dispersion graphene.
