▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The contact (1) has a substrate (3) made of electrically conductive non-silver material. An electroconductive metal-graphene composite coating (4) is coated directly on surface (5) of the substrate. The graphene is made of sheets (7) having thickness of 1-50 nano-meter. The sheets have longest diameter of 5-80 Armstrong. The contact is configured as a sliding contact, where the substrate material comprises copper or aluminum, and metal of the composite coating is silver or copper. An electrical contact is part of an arcing contact arrangement of a switch dis-connector. USE - Electrical contact for use in a switchgear i.e. switch-disconnector(claimed). ADVANTAGE - The contact includes graphene in the metal e.g. silver, coating of the contact, so that friction coefficient can be reduced, and grease lubrication is not longer needed. The graphene provides self-lubricating property to the coating, and improves resistance to corrosion and heat, thus allowing the contact to withstand arcing in an effective manner. The composite coating retains electrical conductivity and low resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for coating a substrate of electrically conductive non-silver material for an electrical contact. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of an electrical contact. 1Electrical contact 3Substrate 4Electrically conductive metal-graphene composite coating 5Substrate surface 7Sheets
