NOVELTY - High-hardness aluminum-silicon-10 magnesium doped graphene composite material comprises graphene dotted ultra-fine equiaxed crystal and metal 3-dimensional printing structure, where the composite material has high copper content and is reinforced by chromium, and the copper content is 1-4 wt.%. USE - High-hardness aluminum-silicon-10 magnesium doped graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material enhances the hardness of material, prevents the graphene from burning during forming process, and has produces high hardness and excellent comprehensive mechanical properties while maintaining high yield and tensile strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the composite material, involving (a) performing metal coating treatment on graphene raw material to obtain graphene coating particles, (b) uniformly mixing graphene coated particles, lanthanum hexaboride nanoparticles, and copper particles to form graphene-lanthanum hexaboride-copper mixed particles, and performing size brush selection process, (c) preparing aluminum-silicon-10 magnesium powder and graphene-lanthanum hexaboride-copper mixed particles, and forming to component by multi-channel coaxial laser melting deposition technology.
