NOVELTY - Graphene oxide/thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer composite powder comprises 100 pts. wt. thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer powder for selective laser sintering, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 0.3-0.4 pt. wt. flow aid, 0.3-1 pt. wt. antioxidant, and 0.025-0.2 pt. wt. coupling agent. USE - The graphene oxide/thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer composite powder is used for selective laser sintering of heat-resistant part (claimed), preferably automobile intake manifolds and exhaust manifolds. ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide/thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer composite powder has excellent mechanical properties, has high heat resistance and wear resistance, improves the heat resistance and increases the service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the graphene oxide/thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer composite powder for selective laser sintering of heat-resistant parts, comprising (a) putting the flow aid, antioxidant, coupling agent, graphene oxide powder and 20-30% thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer powder into the high-speed mixer and mixing for 10-50 minute to obtain the powder, and (c) putting the above-mentioned primer and the remaining thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer powder into a high-speed mixer and mixing for 10-30 minutes.
