▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Heat conductive casting material comprises 10-15 pts. wt. heat conductive castings material, where the heat conductivity casting material is made of aluminum oxide, aluminum oxide and/or aluminum oxide. The silicide carbide comprises silicon carbide and silicon nitride with a mass ratio of 3 to 6. Grain diameter of the silicide is 10-20 microns. The inorganic heat-conducting powder comprises brown corundum active aluminium oxide and magnesium oxide. The inorganic heat-conducting powder comprises spherical inorganic heat-conducting powder and non-spherical inorganic heat-conducting powder. USE - Heat conductive casting materiall is used for blast furnace or ore-smelting electric furnace used for smelting iron or smeltting iron alloy. ADVANTAGE - The heat-conducting casting material has good dispersion uniformity, reduced air hole, good thermal conductivity mechanical property, high anti-bending strength and high compression strength, and can bear high temperature material impact and high temperature liquid circulating flushing, high pressure in the furnace, chemical erosion and penetration of high temperature slag.
