▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An electrode comprises region (A) containing particles (a) containing silicon and region (B) containing particles (b) containing silicon and a graphene compound is in contact with at least a portion of region (A). USE - Electrode used in secondary battery such as lithium ion secondary battery for use in mobile component and electrical device (all claimed). Uses include but are not limited to semiconductor device, mobile phone, notebook computers, portable music players, digital cameras, medical devices, electric vehicle, light emitting device, power storage device and lithium ion capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The electrode has high capacity, reduced deterioration and produces secondary battery having excellent output characteristics, charging/discharging capacity, lighter in weight, energy density, safety, stability and cycle characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) secondary battery, which comprises electrode and an electrolyte; (2) manufacture of negative electrode active material; and (3) manufacture of the electrode.
