NOVELTY - The sensor has a main body provided with a flexible base plate (1), a lower metal electrode (2), a graphite film (3), metal electrodes (4, 5) and an oxidation graphene thin film (6). The flexible base plate is connected with a surface of the lower metal electrode and formed with a hole way. A graphene thin film and the oxidation graphene film are arranged on a flexible base plate. The metal electrodes are separately fixed with a surface of the flexible base plate. A gap is formed between the metal electrodes for connecting the graphene thin film. USE - Flexibly integrated temperature and humidity detecting sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor is simple in structure, convenient to operate and light in weight, and improves sensitivity, flexibility and biological compatibility.
