▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing an extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) circulation circuit with anticoagulant effect, comprises (1) cleaning and drying the ECMO circulation circuit, soaking in the ethanol solution of benzophenone, and taking out, (2) adding methacrylamide compound, photoinitiator, and nanoclay into water, and forming a mixed solution, and (3) pumping the mixed solution into the ECMO circulation circuit, and using ultraviolet light to form a hydrogel layer on the inner surface of the ECMO circulation circuit. USE - The method is useful for preparing extracorporeal membrane oxygenation circulation circuit with anticoagulant effect. ADVANTAGE - The method: utilizes methacrylamido compound, photoinitiator and nano-clay as raw material, which avoids the use of strong acid and strong alkali reagent, which improves the biological safety under the UV light cross-linking effect; and utilizes the selected can raw material interpenetrating hydrogel layer on the inner surface of the ECMO extracorporeal circulation pipeline, which not only has adhesiveness, but also has excellent anti-coagulation function, and it has drug-loading function.
