USE - Organic-inorganic hybrid solar cell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The organic-inorganic hybrid solar cell has photoelectric conversion efficiency of 130%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of organic-inorganic hybrid solar cell.
