NOVELTY - An organic-inorganic hybrid solar cell consists of fluorine-doped tin oxide glass as photoanode, titanium dioxide nanotube array, di-tetrabutylammonium cis-bis(isothiocyanato)bis(2,2'-bipyridyl-4,4'-dicarboxylato)ruthenium(II) dye, poly(3-hexylthiophene) and graphene composite and gold electrode as photocathode, sequentially. USE - Organic-inorganic hybrid solar cell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The organic-inorganic hybrid solar cell has photoelectric conversion efficiency of 130%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of organic-inorganic hybrid solar cell.
