NOVELTY - Eco-friendly aqueous-based paint comprises 40-60 pts. wt. modified polyurethane-acrylic acid copolymer, 20-30 pts. wt. nano-titanium dioxide, 20-30 pts. wt. nano-cellulose, 10-20 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 40-60 pts. wt. deionized water, 1-10 pts. wt. film-forming aid, 0.1-5 pts. wt. defoamer, 1-10 pts. wt. thickener, and 1-10 pts. wt. dispersant. USE - Eco-friendly aqueous-based paint. ADVANTAGE - The eco-friendly aqueous-based paint has excellent hardness, wear resistance, scratch resistance, and excellent purifying effect. The oxidation graphene has electrostatic repulsion and steric hindrance stabilizing effect, improves the dispersion stability of the palladium-silicon dioxide, and keeps the adhesion stability of nano-cellulose and titanium dioxide so as to continuously and efficiently exert the purification effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing an eco-friendly aqueous-based paint, which involves: (a)adding modified polyurethane-acrylic copolymer, partial graphene oxide, portion of nanocellulose, deionized water, dispersant in the reactor, heating to 60-80℃, stirring at high speed for a period of time; (b) adding nano-titanium dioxide, remaining nano-cellulose and remaining graphene oxide after the dispersion is uniform, stirring for a while; (c) adding the film-forming aid, stirring for a while, cooling to room temperature; (d) adding deionized water, stirring under nitrogen protection, cooling to room temperature; (e) adding a defoamer and a thickener, and stirring for a while to obtain eco-friendly aqueous-based paint.
