▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene oxide through chemical stripping process, involves mixing expanded graphite with strong acid, adding oxidizing agent and reacting mixture, filtering solution, cleaning obtained filter cake using distilled water and anhydrous ethanol, drying filter cake, adding obtained graphite oxide into organic solvent and ultrasonically dispersing the mixture, centrifuging mixture, collecting suspension liquid, and drying product. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene oxide. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares graphene oxide safely and inexpensively. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing graphene oxide through chemical stripping process, involves (a) preparing graphite oxide by obtaining (in g) expanded graphite (0.1-0.8), strong acid (10-90 ml), oxidizing agent (0.6-12) and distilled water (40-300 ml), mixing the expanded graphite with strong acid, adding oxidizing agent into the mixture and reacting at 30-45 degrees C for 0.25-4 hours, adding distilled water into the product and reacting for 0.5-2.5 hours, filtering the solution, cleaning obtained filter cake using distilled water until the filter cake is neutral, rinsing the filter cake using anhydrous ethanol, and drying the filter cake at 50-75 degrees C, and (b) preparing graphene oxide by obtaining graphite oxide (0.02-0.1) and organic solvent (15-70 ml), adding the graphite oxide into the organic solvent and ultrasonically dispersing at a frequency of 40-50 kHz for 0.5-10 hour, centrifuging the mixture at a rotating speed of 3000-5000 revolutions/minute for 20-90 minutes, collecting the suspension liquid from the upper layer, and drying the product at 50-70 degrees C.
