NOVELTY - A graphene high performance fireproof coating is prepared by uniformly adding graphene oxide suspension with certain proportion in copolymerized emulsion, using ultrasonic vibration device to mix, preparing graphene oxide suspension and copolymerized emulsion into mixed emulsion, adding melamine and pentaerythritol to mix, adding ammonium polyphosphate, titanium pigment, dispersant and deionized water into grinder for high speed stirring and grinding, pouring preparation solution into beaker, adding preparation solution into mixed emulsion of copolymerized emulsion and graphene oxide, adding auxiliary agent, antifoaming agent and selusterant, using stirring machine to fully stir and mix, sieving material and discharging. The coating comprises copolymerized emulsion, ammonium polyphosphate, melamine, pentaerythritol, graphene oxide, auxiliary agent, dispersant, antifoaming agent, delusterant, titanium pigment and deionized water. USE - The method is used for preparing graphene high performance fireproof coating. ADVANTAGE - The paint has good fireproof performance and good fireproof effect.
