NOVELTY - Preparing lightweight polymer-based nanocomposite material involves melting and mixing dried thermoplastic resin A and nano carbon filler to obtain master batch I, drying the thermoplastic resin B to obtain masterbatch II, melting, and mixing the master batch I and master batch II to obtain the material. The affinity of thermoplastic resin A to the nano-carbon filler is lower than affinity of the thermoplastic resin B to the nano-carbon filler, and the thermoplastic resin A is incompatible with thermoplastic resin B. USE - Method for preparing lightweight polymer-based nanocomposite material that absorbs X-band electromagnetic waves. ADVANTAGE - The method provides a material with high application significance for the needs of modern mobile communication fields and wave-absorbing components of electronic equipment.
