NOVELTY - The spherical graphite cathode material which is composed of graphite sheet of graphite precursor graphitized 5-11 graphene. The outer layer of the structure is coated with uniform single-layer screen-shaped metal copper. The surface and the inner portion of the spherical graphite particles are uniformly attached with conductive agent. The particle diameter of the prepared particle is 10-30m. USE - Spherical graphite cathode material for lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The spherical graphite lithium ion battery cathode material has high performance and controllable shape, the presence of copper layer can maintain the spherical structure of particles, mesh-shaped pores can allow the lithium ion to pass through, and copper can promote electron conductance of the lithium ion battery, improving the multiplying power performance of the material, removing the copper coating layer, adding the spherical graphite particle surface and internal conductive agent, improving the conductivity, shortening the transmission path of the lithium ion, and improves the multiplying power performance of the material.
