▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A flux core powder comprises 60-80 wt.% glass powder, 2-8 wt.% zirconium oxide powder, 0.05-0.85 wt.% graphene powder, 2-8 wt.% potassium sodium carbonate powder, 1-3 wt.% potassium titanate powder, 2-5 wt.% rutile powder, 1-5 wt.% corundum powder, 1-3 wt.% sodium fluorosilicate powder, and balance iron powder. USE - Flux core powder for preparing protective performance slag coating for self-protected flux-cored welding wire (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The flux core powder produces protective slag with excellent protective performance with respect to seawater. The preparation process does not use slag removing process, improves material utilization rate, reduces waste residue discharge and improves deslagging property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) slag coating; (2) self-protective flux-cored wire; and (3) preparation of the flux-cored wire.
