▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing monolayer 1T phase tungsten disulfide/graphene composite material involves mixing the ammonium thiosulfate and lithium salt compound according to molar ratio of 1:2, grinding, calcining at 800-1300 degrees C for 1-10 hours under the protection of inert gas and cooling to room temperature to obtain lithium 1T phase tungsten sulfide block. The lithium 1T phase tungsten sulfide block is placed in de-ionized water, ultrasonically hydrolyzed for 5-30 minutes to obtain suspension, centrifugally separated and the precipitate is removed. USE - Preparing monolayer 1T phase tungsten disulfide/graphene composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare monolayer 1T phase tungsten disulfide/graphene composite material which is cost-effective, easy to process and eco-friendly, and has mild reaction conditions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing monolayer 1T phase tungsten disulfide/graphene composite material involves mixing the ammonium thiosulfate and lithium salt compound according to molar ratio of 1:2, grinding, calcining at 800-1300 degrees C for 1-10 hours under the protection of inert gas and cooling to room temperature to obtain lithium 1T phase tungsten sulfide block. The lithium 1T phase tungsten sulfide block is placed in de-ionized water, ultrasonically hydrolyzed for 5-30 minutes to obtain suspension, centrifugally separated and the precipitate is removed to obtain monolayer 1T phase tungsten disulfide nanosheet-suspension. The graphene oxide is added to the monolayer 1T phase tungsten disulfide nanosheet-suspension, ultrasonically dispersed for 5-10 minutes, hydrazine hydrate is added and ultrasonically treated for 0.5-2 hours to obtain monolayer 1T tungsten disulfide/graphene suspension. The obtained monolayer 1T tungsten disulfide/graphene suspension is centrifuged to remove soluble impurities, centrifugally washed with water and ethanol, and dispersed in small molecular solvent to obtain monolayer 1T phase tungsten disulfide/graphene composite material, where the thickness of monolayer 1T phase tungsten disulfide/graphene nanosheet is less than or equal to 1 nm.
