▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A controlled nanostructure-shaped graphene oxide is prepared by oxidizing commercially available graphite powder through Hummer reaction, adding oxidized graphite powder in deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain suspension, adding polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and nickel chloride hexahydrate (NiCl2.6H2O) under ultrasonic condition, ultrasonically and magnetically stirring solution, transferring mixture in PTFE-lined reaction container, reacting at constant temperature, naturally cooling to room temperature, repeatedly centrifuging and washing, and drying in freeze drier. USE - Preparation of controlled nanostructure-shaped graphene oxide (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation process has good controllability, high yield, low cost, and obtains product which has high heat and chemical stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A controlled nanostructure-shaped graphene oxide is prepared by using hydrothermal reaction of graphite oxide powder with nickel ion in reaction solution composed of single layer, multilayer, and three-dimensional network, i.e. oxidizing commercially available graphite powder through Hummer reaction, adding 20-40 mg oxidized graphite powder in deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain 0.5-2 mg/ml suspension, adding 10-30 mg PVA and NiCl2.6H2O under ultrasonic condition, ultrasonically and magnetically stirring solution for 1 hour, transferring mixture in PTFE-lined reaction container, reacting at 120-200 degrees C constant temperature for 10-16 hours, naturally cooling to room temperature, repeatedly centrifuging and washing, and drying in freeze drier for greater than or equal to 5 hours. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a scanning electron microscope images of three-dimensional graphene oxide network shape (a-b), single graphene oxide where r is 0.025 (c), single layer graphene oxide where r is 0.05 (d), single layer and multilayer graphene oxide mixture where r is 0.1 (e), and multilayer graphene oxide where r is 0.15 (f).
