▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A weak basic anion exchange resin comprises 60-80 wt.% resin precursor comprising acrylic acid, methyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate, butyl methacrylate and/or styrene; 0.1-5 wt.% first porous support comprising graphene; 1-7 wt.% second porous support comprising carbon nanotubes; 0.5-7 wt.% initiator; 3-12 wt.% organic solvent; and 2-9 wt.% polymerization auxiliary agent comprising nano-silica. USE - Weak basic anion exchange resin used for purification of levulinic acid (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The weak basic anion exchange resin can be repeatedly used, reduces purification cost of levulinic acid, improves production efficiency of levulinic acid, and has reduced energy consumption cost, high total exchange capacity, and fast exchanging speed. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for:(1) preparation of weak basic anion exchange resin comprising dispersing resin precursor in organic solvent, swelling at 40-60 degrees C for 24-48 hours, adding polymerization auxiliary agent, stirring, heating to 70-90 degrees C for 2-5 hours, adding initiator at constant temperature for 1-2 hours, adding to vacuum device, adding first porous carrier and second porous carrier, vacuumizing, and heating to 60-80 degrees C for 20-24 hours; and (2) purification of levulinic acid comprising separating furfural from biomass material acid hydrolysis process hydrolysate, and adjusting pH to 8-9 to obtain levulinic acid-containing dilute aqueous solution; pretreating exchange resin according to GB/T5476-1996 standard pretreatment method of ion exchange resin; and mixing with levulinic acid-containing dilute aqueous solution to carry out adsorption, eluting exchange resin to obtain crude purified levulinic acid solution, and distilling to obtain pure levulinic acid.
