▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing high-strength graphene-reinforced polyester staple fiber comprises (i) preparing of graphene masterbatch, (ii) melt mixing and granulating the graphene mother particles and the polyester fiber mother particles to obtain mixed mother particles and (iii) melt blending the mixed masterbatch to obtain the final graphene reinforced polyester staple fiber, where the material composition of the graphene mother particles comprises graphene powder, aluminum sulfate and ethylene glycol. USE - The method is useful for preparing high-strength graphene-reinforced polyester staple fiber. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple; has good wear resistance and good combined cooling effect of the compound cooler; has moderate cooling speed, uniform cooling range, and convenient feeding action after cooling.
