NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-based polyester fiber comprises intercalating the natural crystalline flake graphite with a mixed acid of sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid with a mass fraction of 50-98%, peeling by oxidation method to obtain graphene oxide which is made into master batch with polyethylene terephthalate, melt spinning the master batch and polyester particles into polyester fiber, where the polyester particles comprises polyethylene terephthalate and/or polyethylene terephthalate mixed with polybutylene terephthalate, the ratio of the polyester particles to the master batch is 75-85:20 USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-based polyester fiber. ADVANTAGE - The method obtains a high atomic oxygen-to-carbon (O/C) ratio by deeply oxidizing graphene and retains a complete single crystal structure; ensures that the graphene is an excellent heat dissipation material; removes heat; combines the characteristics of the hydrophilic groups to form moisture-absorbing conditions and can be made into a polyester fiber and fabric that can absorb moisture, perspiration and quickly dissipate heat and has good market application range. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene-based polyester fiber prepared by the above method.
