NOVELTY - Graphite laminated composite material includes an alternately stacked graphite layer and an adhesive layer. The adhesive layer includes a one-dimensional and/or two-dimensional thermally conductive material. The interface between the graphite layer and the adhesive layer forms a concave-convex structure. USE - The laminated composite material is useful as radiating component for carrying on computer and other electronic device or electric device on semiconductor component other heating component. ADVANTAGE - The graphite laminated composite material: has good graphite crystal structure and excellent thermal conductivity, and enhances heat penetration ability of the interface to improve the heat transfer coefficient. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphite laminated composite material comprising (1) preparing a graphite layer, coating a resinous or adhesive film-like adhesive layer material on one side of the graphite layer to form an adhesive layer to obtain a graphite adhesive sheet, and (2) heating and pressurizing the graphite bonding sheet, and controlling the pressure above 1 MPa, so that the bonding layer (2) material is melted on the graphite sheet to obtain a graphite laminated composite material in which the bonding layer and the graphite layer are alternately stacked.
